Congratulations!
you are graduated

Cert III and Diploma students opportunity to earn while they learn and gain a trainee position during their studies. Subject to availability, our students may be offered fixed term Traineeship contracts with our partner Services to support their studies.

* ELC Training placement options are not guaranteed and will be offered only to selected students

There are many advantages for students of this approach, including the presence of dedicated Trainer support every day you are on placement in the workplace, not just a few short visits.

When on placement in the workplace you are a true member of the team building first hand experience and knowledge of the benefits and challenges of the profession, in addition to being paid for your placement time. If a student is able to undertake their training under our Traineeship pathway they will find they earn more than the cost of their studies during their placement time alone.

Subject to partner Service demand, they can also have opportunity to work in the Service outside placement days and through this potentially fast track both their studies and their career.

For our Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, ELC Training Australia ensures an affordable pathway of fees for students through the standard “Earn as you Learn” option for most students.

Choosing this method of learning provides students opportunity to earn income while studying and through this be in position to fund the cost of their study. To compliment this, students are not expected to pay for qualifications in advance, rather being offered a standard instalment approach for fee payment.

These instalments ensure fee costs keep pace with students learning and progress and are setup for payment by direct debit with the student upon enrolment. For more information please refer to our fees, charges and refunds policy.
