Early Childhood Education is a rapidly growing industry with high demand for Early Childhood Educators throughout Australia. Currently, there is a shortage of passionate, highly trained educators to support the demand for quality education and care in the profession.
From the ages of 0-8 years marks the most rapid development of an individual’s life and by the age of 4, a child is considered to have at least 50% their cognitive pathways already developed. Early childhood is the critical window of time in supporting a child’s healthy development of their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical behaviour that will support them to be active, thriving citizens of the world.
