Here you will find the information that will get your study experience off to a flying start, whether you are new or returning to continue your studies.
To start off on the right foot, we recommend you follow the steps below in order. This will ensure you complete all the tasks, government requirements and information to ensure you can complete your enrolment and start your studies as smoothly as possible.
Step 1.
Create your student profile
This process will step you through creating your profile on our Student Management System, aXcelerate, and populating essential identification information from you.
- Complete the online student profile form below
- Upload Working with children check (WWC)
- Upload RRHAN-EC Fundamentals and Masterclass. Book & complete here
- Upload USI number. If you don't have one, you can do it here
- Any previous academic transcripts/certificates
Step 2.
Get Enrolled!
Once you have created your Student Profile you can log in to the Student Management System to complete your Eligibility Check which will ask you to confirm your desired Course of Study and upload relevant supporting documentation
- Attend an Enrolment Interview with your Trainer (online or in-person)
- Review your individual Student Support Needs with your Trainer
- Complete your Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) testing
- Complete any Recognition of Prior Learning or Credit Transfer documentation
- Understand your course rules and fees
- Review your course study planner with your Trainer
- Understand your elective and optional topics

Decide on your “Placement Day” and placement site:
If studying at an ELC Training Partner Site, speak with the Director to discuss your employment - Login to aXcelerate when you receive confirmation of enrolment email to access your course
- Start your course!
Step 3.
Orientation
- Once you've completed your admin tasks and requirements and have enrolled in your course, you can access your learning plan on aXcelerate to complete your online orientation.
- On your First “Placement Day” your Trainer will meet with you and give you an in-person orientation at your placement site.
